We are constantly on the lookout for bands, original entertainment and artistic performances related to Freddie Mercury and Queen, in order to offer a varied, lively programme that is accessible to all.
You don't need to be a ‘big’ band or have thousands of followers on social media to get your chance. What matters most is the quality of the project, the energy, the consistency with the spirit of Freddie Days, and the desire to share something sincere with the audience.
As far as possible, we aim to give as many people as possible the opportunity to perform.

The Swiss Italian television RSI came to Montreux for the Freddie Days to produce a report dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the legendary song Bohemian Rhapsody.
Presenter Massimo Isotta arrived early in the morning, at the opening of the Freddie Days, to gather the first impressions from fans and visitors who had just arrived.
The feature was later broadcast in prime time on 24 September 2025 in the programme Prima Ora.
L'illustré dedicates an article to our event, highlighting the Argentine band Dios Salve A La Reina, who performed at the 2025 edition, as well as the unique atmosphere of Montreux, a city dear to Queen.

The Riviera Chablais newspaper has published an article by Christophe Boillat on the 20th edition of Freddie Days, now an unmissable event in Montreux's cultural calendar.
The article highlights the unique atmosphere of the event, which combines concerts, entertainment and moments of sharing around the memory of Freddie Mercury, an iconic figure of the Riviera.
This presentation of the 2025 edition looks back at the main highlights of the programme and emphasises the attachment of both the public and the artists to this vibrant tribute, which puts Montreux on the map far beyond its borders, confirming the growing success of these celebrations dedicated to the world of Queen and its legendary singer.
ARTE focused on the Casino de Montreux for ‘Des Maisons d'Artistes’, interviewing Lucien Muller of Freddie Days and Freddie Tours for its links with Freddie Mercury and Queen.
Here's a short extract from this 27-minute documentary, available on replay on the ARTE platform. As well as presenting Freddie Days, this documentary traces the history of the Montreux Casino and Mountain Studios. It includes numerous testimonials and interviews, notably with Peter Freestone, Justin Shirley-Smith, Norbert Muller and Deep Purple.
24 heures has published an article on Freddie Days and the tribute paid to David Richards, with the unveiling of a bronze bust by Bernard Bavaud.
The article also recalls David Richards' central role at Mountain Studios, his collaborations with Queen and David Bowie, the recording of Under Pressure, and his thirty-eight years of recordings of the Montreux Jazz Festival, now classified by UNESCO. It puts this legacy into perspective with the spirit of Freddie Days and the enthusiasm of the public.

La Nuova Sardegna has published an article on the Freddie Celebration Days in Montreux, highlighting the participation of the Sardinian tribute band Queen in Rock.
The article looks back on their remarkable performance in front of a large audience, with highlights such as the daring mix of Love of My Life and the Sardinian song No potho reposare, as well as a nod to David Bowie during Under Pressure, confirming their reputation as one of the best tribute bands in Europe.
The JTBC channel, also known as Joongang Tongyang Broadcasting Company, broadcast a 15-minute report on Freddie Mercury and Montreux on its Talk Pawon 25 O'Clock programme.
The programme, which highlights the culture and lives of Koreans living abroad and foreigners living in Korea, presented Montreux as an iconic location in the artist's musical legacy. It also highlighted Freddie Days, emphasising their role in preserving the memory of Freddie Mercury and Montreux's international appeal to Queen fans.
